The Strand Motel is an ideal spot to enjoy Australia's best beach (voted cleanest beach 2003 & 2004). Strand Motel is located directly opposite the revamped strand boardwalk that stretches approximately 2 kilometres. Along the boardwalk you'll find a huge array of activities to help you unwind.

You can enjoy a nice peaceful stroll or make use of fitness circuit that extends the entire 2 kilometres. The Strand has four swimming enclosures, 2 nets that provide stinger protection in the summer, kissing point rockpool, and the Tobruk Memorial Baths. We can also boast free play-grounds which include a water park approximately 100 metres from The Strand Motel, fishing areas, free to use gas barbeques.
